Elisa (Lee) Judson has over 35 years of experience in various healthcare organizations, has held pivotal roles at companies such as Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, PwC, Perot Systems, Partners HealthCare, Johnson and Johnson/DePuy Synthes Companies, and Zimvie Spine, where she focused on best-in-class business practices, organizational management, and people development. Lee has been a dedicated advocate for nurturing the growth and development of professionals under her management and mentorship. Lee's commitment to cultivating the next generation of workplace leaders led to the establishment of Bridge 2 Work Coaching.

During co-op prep, we host group calls and give students live feedback so that they can adapt their approach at the desk as they move through their experiences.
